1. Who we are

Noximo ("Noximo", "we", "us", "our") operates the website www.noximo.io (the "Site"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Noximo is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@noximo.io.

2. The data we collect

The Site has no user accounts and no contact forms — you reach us by email. We collect:

• Correspondence data. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to and handle your enquiry.
• Usage data — only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Site: pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions. We use this in aggregate to understand how the Site is used; we do not use it to identify individuals.
• Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log IP addresses and request details for security and operational purposes.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept all cookies or only those that are strictly necessary. Your choice is stored in your browser and remembered for 12 months. You can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

If you choose "Necessary only", no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to produce aggregate statistics about the Site's use. The analytics script is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, and advertising features remain disabled. Google may process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer — choose "Necessary only" and we will stop analytics and remove its cookies from your browser.

5. Third-party content

To display the Site, your browser fetches some resources from third parties, which transmits your IP address to those providers:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the Site.
• jsDelivr CDN — the Bootstrap stylesheet, icon font, and scripts.
• YouTube — product videos on the acquisitions page are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies unless you play a video.

6. Legal bases for processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytics cookies and measurement.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to enquiries, and keeping the Site secure and operational.
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — where correspondence leads to an engagement with us.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

7. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted unless we are legally required to retain it. Event-level analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months; aggregate reports may be kept longer.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our hosting provider and Google, as described above), and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data rectified;
• have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@noximo.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or the data protection authority in your country of residence.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
